Our Why

Raising Angels provides resources, support, and opportunities to empower and improve the overall well-being of young parents and their children.

Our mission began when we wanted to find a way to give back to babies and their young parents. We wanted to help make their lives a little easier, lighter, and to remove some stressors so that we can positively impact the babies' lives. Young parents should not have to choose to pay their utilities or buy diapers, get school supplies or baby formula, care for their child or graduate, or choose to get a car seat instead of warm clothing for the winter. There are many resources for mature young parents but the resources lack significantly for the parents who are still minors.

We want to help make young parent's lives easier by providing them with resources while offering hope, support, and love.

We strive to:

• Help meet the needs of young parents and their children in our community

• Decrease financial stressors and lack of access to resources

• Promote love and compassion in our community

• Increase awareness of need in our community

• Celebrate achievements of young parents in our community
